FOUNDER

Merrit Elizabeth Pacheco

Merrit Elizabeth Pacheco is the founder of Shifts and a CCI-Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach who also maintains a private coaching practice. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Promotion Management, and her work has consistently centered on helping people move toward full recovery while making recovery support more accessible outside of traditional care settings.

Her own experience with eating disorder recovery shaped a longstanding belief that full recovery is possible, and that people deserve support not only during appointments, but in the everyday moments when recovery can feel most difficult. Shifts grew from that mission: to expand access to support through health technology and reach people at a larger scale with practical, expert-informed tools they can use in real time.
